 The view from my room.
One of the kids (I think it was Miss little Paula) said I should make an eye spy with my little collections of clutter : )
This is a little wool ball for the birds to pull at for help with their nests. If they decide to use it, they leave behind colorful nests when they are done for the year.

I hung this over my Welcome Friends sign, by the back door.
We have all been enjoying the beautiful weather. The woods havent been this dry in years. We have had nothing but mud for the past two years. The kids have really gotten in alot of riding time.

Mr. Sonny is over sixteen years old. He is still a handful. I think he smokes cigarettes and wears a leather jacket when we go inside.
We all went to the aquarium with Nikki and the Gs. We had a really nice time and hope to do it again soon.

I couldnt get him to stick his head through, so I got his Mama too!

No one was able to avoid the pictures that day. O wait it was Val she avoided pictures by not coming. We missed you Valey. Make time for the beach with us, ok?

What we have been up to

Finally I have a minute to update my blog. This is what I have been up to. Hand spinning and then plying big ol beads into it. fun fun fun well its fun fun fun if thats what you like, like, like and of course I do .

This is an antique skein winder my friend Pat owns. She was nice enough to let me wind this up correctly. I have been winding on my hand and elbow. Which works to, but just not as nice. I was really happy with how much I could fit on the Jumbo flyer I purchased from Pats store. It fit my kiwi wheel. Which I love, love, love. Its where I have my fun fun fun *see first explanation*
When we where leaving the Alpaca shop these guys came shyly over towards us. They are so cute. I think they are just so sweet. Valerie on the other hand was like "Oh Ma they are creepy" I dont know how she could say such a terrible thing. They are sweet creatures. Not a bit creepy. Shes just weird.
Look how sweet. Dont you just want one or twenty : )
Anyway this is Val......I think she looks like one haha Val take that! And I said you look like a alpaca on my blog. HA
This is what my husband has been up to. He purchased this old Vespa. That means wasp in Italian. He cant wait to take it to Nikki house on the ocean and ride it on all the little streets down there. Summers coming. Just around the corner now.
This is what the cats been up to. Hiding in the mulberry tree trying to pretend she is just another squirrel and that she really isnt there to eat the nice little birdies..........bad cat !
This is what Caleb has been doing alot of lately. Praise the Lord, he is well  and doing much better. Thanks for all the prayers on his behalf from all the dear saints that read this.
Here is Grandmas darling Janibelle. She was so excited to ride the horse now that she is all grown up and two.
She just hopped right up on blueberries back and away we went. She is such a darling little girl.
Here she is with two of her aunties and Uncle Gideon riding by.
And here shes making sure the doggies are safe in their pens : )
Auntie Paula took her down the tiny hill for her first little sleigh ride. She liked until snow got in her shoe and that was the end of that. Thats her Mama in the back holding all my gear. She is going to have another baby in September.
Grandpa bought her this little wooden cake that stuck together with velcro. She was so funny. She played with it for hours. She speaks mostly spanish but she kept calling it her happybirthdaytome all together with her sweet little accent. Oh she is so much fun to be around . I have really missed her.
And that is Grandpas sweet little smirk coming thru the generations. Oh they were so funny, both of them making that face at each other. We really had a nice day with them.
Mr. Wonderful came up to visit Grandma and she was nice enough to feed him some doilies.
Then Auntie Valerie fed him some paper towels.
He is not any worse for the wear of it. Hes pretty cute, isnt he. Thats a period not a question.
Here he is with his Mama looking very contented to just hang out with her .
 Grandpa had a nice holding.
Here is Grandpa still holding and Grandma looking goofy but loving the boy!
The next day we went and picked up our milk order. Here is Caleb and Sarah in the store at the farm.
The store keeps changing. There was milk that anyone could purchase on the honor system. As folks have become less honorable the farmers had to put in cameras. This time we a saw sign that said all milk is pre ordered and not to take any unless your name is on it.
I like to go on Saturday because this man make the most delicious breads and brings them in the morning. Cranberry walnut. Yummy!
Here is one of the babies who shares his mothers delicious and extremely nutritious milk with us all.
The chalk board is always inspirational.
Caleb and Sarah love the babies. Sarah always asks if we can bring one home.

Here is me trying to get them to come back to the car.

Ill end here with the sistahs. My darling daughters! Lighting up the room : )
